一方、ACMI(機材、乗員、整備、保険付きリース)・チャーター会社は堅調。
For the January-March 2020 financial results, many airlines have seen a significant decrease in revenue. Due to the spread of new coronavirus infection and restrictions on travel and going out in each country / region, the number of international passenger flights has decreased sharply. There was a difference in the timing of the spread of infection depending on the region, and the tendency was also reflected in the scale of revenue reduction by airline companies. Freight also had demand for urgent transportation, but the original cargo movement itself was not good, and sales declined noticeably in the quarter. On the other hand, ACMI (equipment, crew, maintenance, lease with insurance) and charter companies are firm. It is possible that demand for leasing and charters was boosted by the reduction in transport capacity resulting from the significant suspension and reduction of passenger flights.
