財務省関税局でも進むデジタル化 Digitalization at the Ministry of Finance Customs Bureau abolishes

財務省関税局はこのほど、一部の例外を除き、税関が提出を求める書類への押印や署名を廃止すると発表した。12月23日から入港届の押印などを不要とし、その他の書類についても1月1日から廃止した。昨今の政府方針を踏まえ、税関においても、行政のデジタル化、新たな働き方の支援といった観点によるもの。

The Customs Department of the Ministry of Finance has recently announced that it will abolish the stamping and signing of documents required by customs, with some exceptions.
