日本政府は、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を目的とした中国と韓国からの入国制限強化の一環で、中国・韓国からの航空便について、到着空港を成田国際空港と関西国際空港に限定する措置を3月9日午前0時から運用している。貨物便には適用されないものの、旅客便の発着地域限定による混乱は大きい。フォワーダーは地方空港と両空港を結ぶ輸送手段の確保やキャパシティー調整を急いでいる。
