新型コロナウイルスの影響により国内線・国際線ともに大規模な減便・運休が続くなか、ANAカーゴ(ANA/NH)の外山俊明社長は声明を発表した。出来得る限りのリソースを活用しながら、貨物臨時便・チャーター便の運航、他社との連携による買取りスペースの増加、旅客機材による貨物便就航の検討など、輸送能力の維持に向け対応を図る。経済活動の血流とも言える物流を止めない、という目的のため航空輸送ニーズに応えていくという。
