JAFA announced the air exports volume of Sep. 2018

The Japan Aircargo Forwarders Associations (JAFA) announced the results of Japanese air cargo exports in September. The Tonnage was 10,0324 tons (-1.6% compared to the same month of the previous year) and the shipments was 256,096 BL (-10.3% compared to the same month of the previous year). Weight fell below the previous year for the first time in 26 months due to the suspension of Kansai International Airport due to Typhoon 21, delayed operation, and reduced production by shippers in western Japan.
