郵船ロジスティクス子会社を合併 Yusen Logistics merges with a subsidiary for air freight field operations

郵船ロジスティクスは29日、航空貨物のターミナル・輸配送業務を担う完全子会社の郵船ロジテックを10月1日に合併すると発表した。国内での航空貨物の現場業務を郵船ロジの航空貨物部傘下とし、航空貨物の国際、国内の両輸送を一元管理して、「グループ経営の合理化と迅速な意思決定を実現する」という。

Yusen Logistics Co., Ltd. announced on October 29 that it will merge with Yusen Logitec Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary in charge of air cargo terminal and transportation services, on October 1. It is said that the domestic operations of air freight will be under the umbrella of Yusen Logi's air freight department, and it will centrally manage both international and domestic air freight transportation, thereby realizing "rationalization of group management and quick decision making."
