SITC、日本で物流新会社設立　SITC establishes new logistics company in Japan

SITCグループは日本におけるコンテナ物流事業の強化のため、新会社「SITCインターモーダルジャパン」を設立した。6月1日から営業を開始する。社長には、2004年から約13年間、SITC JAPANの社長を務めた呂開献氏が就任。具体的には、コイル専用コンテナを活用した鉄鋼コイル輸送や、シー・アンド・エア輸送、シー・アンド・レール輸送、液体・流体貨物輸送事業などに力を入れる方針。

SITC Group established a new company, "SITC Intermodal Japan", to strengthen the container logistics business in Japan. Business will start on June 1. Mr. Ken Lukai, who has been the president of SITC JAPAN for approximately 13 years since 2004, has been appointed as the president. Specifically, the company plans to focus on steel coil transportation utilizing special containers for coils, sea and air transportation, sea and rail transportation, and liquid and fluid freight transportation business.
