ANAカーゴ(ANA/NH)は新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を受け、3月31日から4月30日までの貨物専用便の運航計画の変更を発表した。主に運休となったのは、「沖縄貨物ハブ」を中心とする運航便で、当初のスケジュールでは羽田・成田・北九州・上海・香港・バンコク・シンガポール・台北・ソウルとつながっているが、上海を除く8路線の一部で運休が決まった。追加された臨時貨物便は成田発着の上海・香港・台北線。当面の間は成田発着を中心に運用される見通し。
